Delivery terms & shipping costs
Delivery is made via the postman or parcel deliverer from DPD, PostNL or UPS. Orders that are made on working days before 12:00 to the Netherlands, will generally be delivered the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Shipments to EU countries, will be expected to be delivered within 3 working days, shipments outside the EU will be shipped the next working day, delivery time depends on destination.
Please note: when paying by bank transfer, there may be a delay until we receive the funds. We can only ship once your payment is credited. However, if you choose other payment options, such as PayPal or iDEAL, we receive the money immediately and can process your order immediately.

The prices listed in the webshop are excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are indicated in the checkout when you make an order in our online shop. Prices are based on the latest prices from the carriers we use.

All shipments outside Europe Union are sent under incoterm DAP.
