How to use an MT stage?
The MT trap principle only works outdoors, because we need the sun to warm up the ball. Place the MT-trap away from areas where you normally sit (terraces etc.) Place the MT-trap in an area where it is (partly) exposed to sunlight. (In shaded areas, the trap is not so effective)
Place the MT-trap at a height of 1.80 m / 70 inches with a minimum of 1.00 m / 40 inches above the ground.
To catch wasps, the MT trap needs wasp fluid. This wasp fluid is easy to make yourself. The wasp fluid will attract wasps for a period of 2-4 weeks.

And with large horsefly populations?
FIRSTELEMENTSSTORE recommends an H-Trap or HF-Magnet horsefly Trap if there is a major nuisance from flies, such as on horses or near swimming pools. The size of the trap ball determines the quality of the trap. Near horses, for example, an MT trap has little or no effect because the ball in the trap is not big enough.

Plaatsing instructies:
- Het principe van de MT-trap werkt alleen buitenshuis, want we hebben de zon nodig om de bal op te warmen.
- Plaats de MT-trap weg van gebieden waar u normaal gaat zitten (terrassen etc.)
- Plaats de MT-trap in een gebied, waar het (deels) blootgesteld wordt aan zonlicht. (In schaduwgebieden is de val niet zo effectief)
- Plaats de MT-trap op een hoogte van 1,80 meter met een minimum van 1,00 meter boven de grond.
- Als de MT-trap wordt gebruikt voor het vangen van wespen, maak dan gebruik van wespen vloeistof/suiker concentraties in de collect tray. Deze zal gedurende een periode van 2-4 weken wespen aantrekken.
